Where do I even begin? This week has been action packed, with adventures stretching from Budapest to Donegal, though primarily Budapest. I spent three days in the city with Sarah earlier in the week, and they were some of the most touristy days I’ve ever had. We attempted to pack in almost every attraction you could possibly see in Budapest, from Castle Buda to the New York Café, and everything in between. As I write this, I’m sitting in a bed and breakfast in Ballyliffin, County Donegal, so the adventures haven’t stopped yet. I’m spending the weekend with my grandfather, exploring the Innishowen peninsula, and we just about found a B&B at 11 pm after many miles of searching. Apparently there are few B&Bs round here, despite the fact that the area relies heavily on tourism. Come on guys, seriously? It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that there are a lot of people looking for beds, and maybe even breakfast if it is on offer. It has been a long day, so I am afraid I’m copping out on this one, and will not go into any detail about Budapest. It’s all a big blur at the moment, though I will figure out how to make it coherent, and interesting. Interesting is a stretch, but we did do some pretty cool things and ate in amazing places. Like the New York Café, shown below. More will follow when I get a story together, and sort out some photos.
